Hillyer Memorial Christian Church

Welcome to Hillyer Memorial Christian Church. This church is composed of a diverse group of people who worship, study, fellowship together and serve others. Because of its location near downtown Raleigh, Hillyer is able to open its doors and resources to diverse groups as a ministry to the community. If you are looking for a loving, caring, and compassionate congregation, we invite you to worship with us this Sunday morning.

Worship times: 9:00am (informal) and 11:00am (traditional) every Sunday
Sunday school: 9:45am every Sunday
Prayer Fellowship: 12:00noon every Wednesday
Youth Programs: 6:00pm every Sunday (Sept.-May)
Disciples Student Fellowship (DSF): 7:00pm every Monday night (Sept.-May)

DISCIPLES WOMEN'S MINISTRIES' ANNUAL SOUP LUNCHEON.....will be this Sunday, January 29 following the 11:00am worship service. You can join us for soup in the Fellowship Hall or you can request your lunch to go. Soup to go will also be available on Thursday and Friday prior to Sunday. All proceeds from this event will support Camp Caroline.

COMMISSIONING OF 2012 DEACONS AND ELDERS.....will be this Sunday, January 29 during the 11:00am worship service.

JOURNEYS OF FAITH.....a new adult education program has now begun on Sunday mornings. Chose one of three sessions: The Gospel of John - Rediscovered (Alan Winchester), The Prodigal God (Mark Prak) or Spirit, Faith and Food (Tom Gillaspy). Meet in the Fellowship Hall at 9:45am.
