Disciples Student Fellowship (DSF)

 

Disciples Student Fellowship is our college-age group for students ages 18-26.  We meet every Monday night from 7:00-9:00pm, usually in someone's home for a delicious home-cooked meal, bible study, and great fun and fellowship. 

 

DSF offers Host Families - a home-away-from-home for our college students.  Host Families often offer a place for the student to study, to do laundry, take them out to eat lunch after church, and other such niceties!

 

DSF participates in fun trips to the beach or the lake, challenges the high school kids to an annual kickball clash, and generally brings merriment wherever they go. 

 

During Spring Break 2008, the DSF group traveled to a Disciples Mission Station in Florida to help with disaster relief after recent tornadoes in this area.
 

Hillyer offers a College-age Sunday School Class on Sunday mornings starting at 10:00am each week.  They meet in the 1st room inside the Youth Lounge on the first floor.  The teachers for this class provide food for the soul and food for the stomach!  What a deal!
