Our Wedding Policy Handbook is available for couples interested in holding their wedding ceremony at Hillyer Memorial Christian Church. Hillyer is pleased to make its facilities available to members and non-members where a member relationship exists. The Sanctuary, Chapel, or Fellowship Hall may be used without charge by members of the church or their children. There are certain expenses, however, for which the couple and/or their families must assume responsibility. These fees are as follows:
Use of the Sanctuary (non-members only) $250.00
Use of the Chapel (non-members only) $75.00
Wedding Coordinator (members and non-members) $100.00
Organist (members and non-members) $250.00
Custodian (members and non-members) $100.00
Sound Technician (members and non-members) $75.00
Please pay these charges before or at the rehearsal.
Reception and/or Rehearsal Dinner
Use of the Fellowship Hall (non-members only) $150.00
Use of the Parlor   (non-members only) $50.00
Hostess $10.00 per hour (5 hour minimum) $50.00
(members and non-members)
Custodian (in addition to fees above) $50.00
(members and non-members)
Use of linens and serving pieces (members) $50.00
Use of linens and serving pieces (non-members) $70.00
Please pay these charges before leaving at the conclusion of the reception/rehearsal dinner.
